Which delivery methods do you offer? Can you deliver in express?

Orders received Monday through Friday are normally shipped within 24 hours, and those ordered on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. We offer 3 delivery modes: 1 / home delivery within 4-5 working days, 2 / delivery in relay point within 4-5 working days or 3 / express delivery Chronopost within 24h. If there is a delay in delivery, or if a product is not in stock, we will notify you immediately by e-mail or telephone. If you have ordered more than one item and one of the items is temporarily unavailable, the available items will be put on hold until the missing item is received.

How to track my order?

Once your order is ready we send you a notification e-mail with tracking numbers to track your package from the warehouse to your door.

If your package is listed as being delivered but you have not received it, ask your neighbor, concierge or postman to see if they have kept it for you. If not, contact us and we will be happy to help. 

How do I change or cancel my order?

If it has not yet been prepared, access your account with the login and password to update your order.

I have a promotional code

How to try products or smell perfume waters?
